What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We have various shipping options based on location. For all US based customers, we have Overnight (day after fulfillment), Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment), Standard (3-5 business days after fulfillment), and Economy (5-10 business days after fulfillment) shipping available.
For International customers, we have Express, Standard, Economy and No Rush (10-20 business days after fulfillment) shipping available.
All rates are based on location in proximity to our warehouse in North Carolina, USA
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Each product is created specific to order. Most orders are fulfilled within 2 business days, but could take up to 7 business days depending on the complexity of the order.
Fulfillment time + the selected shipping time = estimated arrival date.
Most of our orders with standard shipping tend to take 7-10 days in total (7 days if order is placed before 1pm EST/10pm PST)
How Can I Return A Product?
Contact shop@genchurchny.com within 21 days of receipt for any issues regarding misprints, damaged or defective items [send us a photo of the issue, as well as the shirt name(s) and size(s)]. We will then flag the order for you to send back to our warehouse via return shipping. Any orders that you wish to return due to wrong size or remorse must be unopened and we must be notified within the first 7 days of receipt.
How Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Contact shop@genchurchny.com as soon as possible (as in less than 24 hours after an order is placed). Include the order #, issue, and resolution within the email.
Why Does My Shirt Smell Like Vinegar? / Why Does My Shirt Have A Yellowish Tint?
That smell/look that you noticed is actually fixation liquid. It is a solution used to help the ink from the design bond with the fabric. The smell and look should be non-existent after the first wash. If it still exists after doing a full wash and dry, please contact shop@genchurchny.com with a picture of the issue, as well as the shirt name and size.
